א וְזֶה הַדָּבָר אֲשֶׁר-תַּעֲשֶׂה לָהֶם, לְקַדֵּשׁ אֹתָם–לְכַהֵן לִי: לְקַח פַּר אֶחָד בֶּן-בָּקָר, וְאֵילִם שְׁנַיִם–תְּמִימִם.
And this is the thing that thou shalt do to them to sanctify them, to minister unto Me. Exodus 29,1.
What was the merit by which Aharon (Aaron) entered the Holy of Holies (Beis Hamikdosh)?
Rabbi Chanina said : The merit of Bris Milah Circumcision Mohel would enter along with him into The Beis Hamikdosh as it is written

With this בְּזֹאת Aharon (Aaron) will come into the Sanctuary-this is a reference to Bris Milah as it is written
ג בְּזֹאת יָבֹא אַהֲרֹן, אֶל-הַקֹּדֶשׁ: בְּפַר בֶּן-בָּקָר לְחַטָּאת, וְאַיִל לְעֹלָה.
With this shall Aharon (Aaron) come into the Sanctuary holy place: Leviticus 16,3
This is refers to Bris Milah Circumcision Mohel as is written:
י זֹאת בְּרִיתִי אֲשֶׁר תִּשְׁמְרוּ, בֵּינִי וּבֵינֵיכֶם, וּבֵין זַרְעֲךָ, אַחֲרֶיךָ:
הִמּוֹל לָכֶם, כָּל-זָכָר.
This is My covenant, which ye shall keep, between Me and you and thy seed after thee: every male among you shall be circumcised. Genesis 17,10.
